Made from PINO GRIE and SEYVAL grapes using the "traditional fermentation method" and stored on its lees for a long time.... wonderful, perfect for any special occasion.

Sparkling Rose Brut

(TDA Ronda & Phoenix) 

A crisp and light wine, made with the varieties of Triomph D'Alsace Ronda and Phoenix grapes... makes a lovely delicate wine, with a rose petal bouquet.

Sparkling Elderflower Wine

With its distinctive aroma, elderflower wine gives a light fresh flowery flavour. Wonderful with desserts. Serve chilled.
